RunRevLive.11: Call for Speakers, Show off your Apps!
Our annual RunRevLive developer’s conference has been extremely popular not only with our core community, but with folks looking for a powerful, cross-platform development environment that allows for real-time, compile free software creation. LiveCode does just that and with iOS support in the latest version, our 2011 conference will be a mobile app developer’s paradise.
We’ve released the tentative schedule and encourage you to consider presenting a topic or showing off your projects in our Developer’s Showcase. Several tracks this year will give the LiveCode community plenty of practical tips, hands-on workshops and deep dives into LiveCode from Mobile to desktop, Web to Server.
If you have expertise that will benefit the community, stand up and show us. We’re looking for interesting and dynamic speakers for the event. With mobile app development headlining, we are anxious to hear from mobile developers, but are also looking for shared insights across all aspects of programming with LiveCode — from UI design to tips and tricks to marketing your products. (*Sessions must have useful and relevant programming content, rather than act as a promotional platform for your particular product or service.) To submit a proposal, provide a 300-word summary of your proposed presentation, intended audience (beginner, enterprise, mobile, etc), preferred presentation length (30 or 50 minutes), and previous speaking experience by 31st November 2010 to email: revlive.speakers@runrev.com.
