There are four main avenues to earn money with AppsGeyser They are detailed below.

There are 4 ways in which you can make money from your Android apps:

1: AppsGeyser monetization program

Monetize your AppsGeyser Android App

AppsGeyser offers every app maker the chance to enter their app into the free monetization program. The monetization program enables app makers that meet the basic requirements to take a share of the revenue earned via the banner ads. In recent weeks there has been an update to the way in which the monetization program works. Please make sure you read the latest rules to find out how the monetization program works for your chosen app template. For more information on the free to use monetization program click here.

2: Sell Your Android apps

There are different reasons why people create Android apps. Some people create apps to help them market their existing business, and some people create apps as a way to earn a secondary income. Another reason why some people create apps is to sell them to others. That’s right, not everyone is aware of how easy it is to create an Android app, so some people are willing to pay others to create an app for them. You can use AppsGeyser’s free Android app template tools to create an app for sale.  If you want to sell Android apps, then you need to do the following:

1: Choose a template – Together with your client, decide which template to use, and what content they want inside.

2: Create a contract with the client – This will determine what the business requirements are. You need to determine if you will transfer the app to them completely, meaning that they will take over any updates required using the AppsGeyser dashboard, or if you will be required to update the app on their behalf.

3: Transfer the app – To transfer the app, you need to provide the client with the APK and also, if agreed that they will  update of the app, the login details to the AppsGeyser dashboard. AppsGeyser can change the login details to your client’s details on your behalf if required.

3: Sell advertising space

Not everyone wants to have affiliate ads in their Android app. Some would rather have integrated ads within the content of their app instead. This is the most popular use of space for localized apps, for instance for a community app to sell ad space to local businesses. Private advertisements can be a great source of secured income. These form of ads do not sit on the app but within the content URL. Therefore it is important to decide if you wish to go down this route  before you create your app.

To get private advertising, follow these steps:

1: Find partners – You need to source companies that compliment your app business. Ask yourself: who will want to advertise with you and why? Think about location, audience age, and style.

2: Plan advertising strategy – How much money are you going to charge for the ads? Are you planning on placing banner ads within your app, or  on having internal links? Will you choose to have a range of both of these?

3: Contracts – As with all business, you need to ensure that your role is clear. We suggest that you set this up in a contract.

Private advertisement can bring you a stable income at a higher rate than affiliate marketing.

4: Charge a download fee

It is that to charge or not to charge question. We suggest that you think carefully about charging for an app, as a small fee could put many app users off from downloading your app. However, it is not always negative. Charging for an app is very common for apps that have premium features, or for an app maker that has a huge following. Many app users will not pay for an app while there are free versions of competitive apps in the market. However, if you have built a loyal following, the chances are your users will pay a small fee.
